Return Window
We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both defective items and non-defective items, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must not be washed, oiled, soaked, or exposed to excessive moisture
- Items must be free from cracks, burns, deep knife marks, or structural damage not caused during shipping
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, variations in grain, color, or texture are normal and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items showing signs of heavy use, misuse, or improper care
- Items that have been modified, repaired, engraved, or altered by the customer
- Items damaged due to exposure to water, heat, or improper storage
- Items returned without prior approval
- Requests submitted after the 14-day return window
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange support for eligible items, limited to one exchange per order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of the original packaging if applicable
Once verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

To request a return or exchange, please email support@bramgy.com within the eligible return period. Your request must include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and supporting photos if applicable.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Once your return has been shipped, please provide proof of return, including a tracking number or shipping receipt. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed without valid proof of return.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered accepted and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Please do not return items without prior confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or unapproved returns. If a return package is lost or damaged during return shipping, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued.
