At Bramgy, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your handcrafted wooden kitchenware. Because of this, there is a limited window of time to make changes or cancel an order.

Order Cancellation Window

If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

• To cancel: Please email us immediately at support@bramgy.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."
• After 12 Hours: Once this window has passed, or if the order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS/DHL), we are unable to cancel the shipment.

Making Changes to Your Order

If you need to update your shipping address, change an item, or adjust a quantity, please contact us within the same 12-hour window.

• We will do our best to accommodate your request before the package is prepared for shipping.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order is already on its way and cannot be cancelled or modified, don't worry. You can still return the items once they arrive.

Please wait for the delivery and then follow the instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please note that shipping costs for returns in these cases are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is confirmed within the 12-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 2 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
